Meet Mark Johnson
Currently the Manager of CBSHOME Mortgage and Nebraska market manager for Homeservices Lending – joint venture with Wells Fargo and Homeservices of America (an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway). Mark has been with CBSHOME since September of 2000. Prior to joining CBSHOME he worked for a family owned mortgage company. Mark has been in the mortgage industry since 1991 and has been involved in the Nebraska Mortgage Association for 10 years starting by serving on the education committee. Mark has served as Secretary, Treasure, Vice President and served as President of the association in 2008 and was awarded 2008 Lender of the Year.
Mark was elected to the Elkhorn City Council November 2004 and served on the city council until the annexation by Omaha. Mark has been married to his wife Sally for 15 years and they have two boys he coaches in basketball. As a bicyclist he is involved in training and riding with his son who competes in races. In September of 2000 Mark and Sally traveled to Ukraine and adopted a little girl to complete their family.
